Vip4k Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the vip4k platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the vip4k platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as any related policies published by the platform from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The vip4k platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users below the stipulated age limit are not permitted to register for or use this platform's services.
Account Creation and User Security
Account Registration
To access the full services of the vip4k platform, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. vip4k will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
Identity Information
Certain transactions or withdrawal requests may require additional identity verification. Users agree to provide valid identification documents upon request by the platform for compliance and security purposes.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
All vip4k users are required to comply with the platform's rules of use. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using third-party software, automated bots, or any unauthorised method to exploit the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Engaging in any action intended to defraud the platform, other users, or the payment system.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates the applicable laws of Malaysia.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
Vip4k reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the vip4k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policy and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures. The platform reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for identity verification or investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information entered during transactions. vip4k is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Vip4k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its continuous availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vip4k platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Account Suspension and Closure
Vip4k reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a violation, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
The platform may contain references to third-party services that have their own terms. vip4k is not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time, and users will be notified via the platform. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance. This document is governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.
